Re-referrals:

For follow-up patients, doctors require a referral dated after July 1, 2023. No re-referrals will be needed beyond this date.

Paid parking is available under the building, accessible from Chesterfield Avenue.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 48 hours of notice at least to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. You can cancel your appointment by sending an email to us. To reschedule your appointment, please call the office at 604-770-4054

Blood work prior to the appointment:

Please ensure to complete your blood tests PRIOR to your appointment if this has been requested by your doctor. For Dr. Moosavi's patients, please FAST prior to your blood tests.

Results follow up:

Our doctors will contact you if there are concerning blood work or imaging results. Please refrain from calling the office; access your results through the Health Gateway (https://www.healthgateway.gov.bc.ca/)

Medication refills:

Please have your pharmacy fax a refill request. Allow up to 2 weeks for prescription refills, and plan accordingly.

Special Authority:

If your doctor applied for a medication requiring special authority approval, the response may take up to 10 weeks. Check with your pharmacy for approval status.
